Hall Of Fame

On the Hall of Fame Team, we work on various projects that help with FIRST and our community. Generally we are considered the Public Relations group. As Public Relations, we understand the ideals of FIRST, the history of this team, and everything that goes on within the team and with the robot. We also present ideas for community outreach activities. Teams 47 and 65 have participated in such activities as clothes drives, marching in local parades, and volunteering at events, and we are doing the exact same things as team 51. Safety is important to our team, so we put together a safety board, packets of safety information, and first aid kits. This sub-team is responsible for the Woodie Flower’s Award Submission, where we summit a dedicated mentor to be recognized. Working closely with the Media Team, we brainstorm and fabricate the Hall of Fame Submission, which consists of a video and a display board that informs others that we still pass on the word of FIRST. Working with the whole team, we research, write, and publish our own team newspaper. The Hall of Fame team does only a small portion of what the whole team does together. Teamwork has made this team what it is today.
